What are your access hours?
Once you have your assigned gate card, you will have access to your vehicle/boat/trailer from 6:00 am until 10:00 pm 7 days a week.
Do you have covered parking?
We do not have covered parking at this time. All storage is outside on compacted gravel.
Is your property secure?
We do whatever we can to keep our property as secure as possible. Our property is fenced with access only through a computerized gate card entry and exit system. We use 24-hour security cameras to constantly monitor what goes on at our property. Additionally, we have security personnel watching over our property at night to ensure that your vehicle remains safe from harm.
Where are you located?
We’re conveniently located in an accessible location right off I-580 between Greenville Rd and Vasco Rd at 6709 Southfront Rd in Livermore. You’ll find us right across from Tri valley Ice Hockey Rink.
Do you offer a military discount?
Certainly! We’re proud to offer special rates to our Military personnel and to our first responders (Law Enforcement & Fire)!
What sets you apart from other vehicle storage facilities?
Our facility offers some of the most affordable and secure vehicle storage options in the area. We are secure 24/7, with key card access only, to get on and off the property. We have 13 surveillance cameras monitoring the property at all times. We have 23 light poles on the property, so it is lighted from dusk till dawn (also great if you're dropping your vehicle off late at night). We are right off of the I-580 freeway, in a location between two off-ramps (Vasco Rd. and Greenville Rd.). We have a dedicated entry and a dedicated exit gate, at opposite ends of the property, to avoid head-to-head issues. Almost all of our parking stalls are 12' wide, and angled at a 45 degree for ease of accesss!
What is required for Registration?
We will need copies of ID, current registration and proof of comprehensive insurance for the vehicle/boat/trailer that you would like to store. First month's rent, $75 security deposit and $10 gate card deposit are also required for move in.
How do I get started?
Getting started is easy! You can conveniently reserve your parking space from our website with a $50 reservation deposit. Your reservation fee will be applied toward your first month storage fees.
